Need some help with wheels

Good day eveyrone
I've searched the forums but didn't find any answers specific to what I wanted to know; I want to get aftermarket rims (Vossen replicas) but I'm quite the noob when it comes to numbers and want to make sure they will fit

My car is a 2010 Infiniti G37X Sedan

My question
Can I get the exact same size rim for all 4 wheels, they are 19x9; bolt: 5x114.3
Offset: +38 ; Hub: 73.1

*Is this offset compatible? If not, what can be done; what does the offset mean exactly

Is the 19x9 OK for the G37 sedan? does it affect handling/winter driving

Other question is; he does have 18x7.5 , and 18 x 8.5 ; what size should i be going after if i want to get an identical set of 4. I guess what I want to know is my sedan comes as 17x7; so is it meant for other combinations as I have listed above

I am ready to buy, just want to be 100% sure before I do and figured you guys will know

Thank you very much in advanced.

You'll be great w/ the 19x9 +38, just be sure to get hub reducing rings, these go inside the bigger 73mm hub and adapt down to the smaller 66.2mm Infiniti hub, this will make a snug wheel/hub fit and reduce the chance of vibration, tirerack sells them along w/ many wheel suppliers.
I'd go 245 tread width too. Your new tire diameter needs to be within 3% +/- of your OEM tire diameter, and the closer to the exact same diameter the better. This calculator is a great tool for figuring what works best

I believe 245/40/19 would be the best tire for fit & diameter but always plug your oem size & the new size into the calculator as I'm not 100% sure of your oem size on the X.

Thank you So much for all the good info
I am going with 18x8 rims
what is my best best for tire size for stability/least variability from OEM at that wheel size, 245/45/18 all around?

Mike he is probably referring to Stance SC5's or something that resembles one of Vossens VVS-CV line up.
