Thanks for the pics and reply. I think I like the 285 setup with a little more room like the fronts. +40F and +45R looks really good IMO. I am not a fan of stretched or bulge look at all. I would like a squarish look. Your car on 20's looks just right.
How about 19x8.5 with 245/40 +40 & 19x10 with 275/35 +45 lowered on Swift? Is the car in the G35 link I posted semi in front and deep in back? I really like that look for some reason.

Winter Tire Question
I have a RWD sedan with the sport package and staggered duckfeet wheels. I bought a new wheel/tire combo (photo below) a year and a half ago and have been planning on using the duckfeet as a winter set up. I put off doing it last winter essentially because of my confusion regarding the questions below.
I searched a bit on the forums and found some recommendations to use 235/45/18s all around to avoid the wider stock size of the rears which are 245. Here's what I couldn't find though:
1.Can I put 235/45 on the rear 8.5" wheels and 225/50 on the front 7.5 wheels?
2.If so, is there any advantage to that over putting 235/45 on all 4?

Thanks for the answer. Wait, I can run 225/50s on the rear 8.5" duckfeet? I thought those tires would be too narrow? Is that a case where it technically can be done, but shouldn't be? Or is it completely safe?

Depends on the exact model of tire you're wanting, 8.5" is the widest you'd want to run a 225 width tire on. Ideally the 235 all around would probably give you the best compromise for running the same width all around especially if they have the tire you want you want for a nice price.

The G37 coupe sport wheels come stock with 225/45/19 on the front 19x8.5 wheels, so it's fine.

35mm offset on stock sedan suspension
I have a 2013 G37xs Sedan. I am looking at an aftermarket wheel only for a winter setup. I hate going aftermarket as I want to keep the car how the manufacture intended. However, I am unable to locate oem wheels at a reasonable price.
The aftermarket wheel I was able to locate is TSW MIRABEAU which is 18x8, 5.114.3 bolt pattern, the specification that is really making me feel uncomfortable is the offset is at 35mm. The car came factory with 45mm offset.
How will 35mm offset change the driving dynamic at all? Will the change to 35mm for winter driving put additional stress on the suspension as I read that changing the offset too much will do this. If the driving dynamic will not change it at all then how come Infiniti decided to go with an offset between 43mm-45mm on ours cars? There has to be some reasoning for this.

8.5 +35 would be a great winter spec, run 225/50/18s for a good narrow footprint for a good cut through the snow. The 10 mm further out is still fairly conservative. As far as why is the OEM offset so positive, they are kept well inside the fenders to keep debris from the tires to a minimum and minimum stress on the bearings. A 10 mm shift outward on a narrow 8" wheel won't have any adverse affects.

I have to drive 40 minutes to an hour to get them. One of them are bent, so that is basically trash to me. The other three he says are in excellent condition cosmetically and physically (I will bring it to a tire shop to check to make sure they are not bent). I will then purchase a 4th used one online, I already see one listed for a great price in Ebay.
I am getting a fantastic deal. So much so, I got to ask. Do they make replica/fake Enkei's? I cannot imagine they would as they are not extremely expensive even when new. These are the Enkei "Performance" line which is their least expensive line.

Hey guys, new to the forum here I own a 2012 G37 Coupe... I have a set of Avant Garde wheels specs are:
19x9.5 +15 (front)
19x11 + 18 (rear)
I will be on HSD Coilovers soon and have front and rear camber arms, im just wondering how i can run this setup without too much camber to stay away from uneven tire wear, i know i will have some regardless as these are very aggressive offsets. just need to hear some G owners opinions lol. Need to know what tire size to run and what alignment specs also.
