What tires would be good for a "softer" ride but wouldn't sacrifice handling a lot? I don't track this car or anything.

All-seasons or Grand Touring class tires.

Although, if you have low profile tires, you almost need to have stiffer sidewalls or else your wheels will get the brunt of each impact.

If you want a nice all-season I'm really liking my Toyo Proxes4 Plus, quiet and pretty light compared to some AS tires, great traction in rain & dry, good prices too. Here's a review link

Site Vendor Tread Depot has nice deals, talk to Andrew for an even better price (tell them you found them on myG37.com)

All subjective issues in regards to ride comfort, too many variables involved.....

Basically to improve the quality of your ride you can get coil overs with damping adjustments so you can adjust the stiffness or soften your ride. You can also try out different tires that are the recommended sizes for the wheels you have.

You can't be comparing stock vs. your current set up........

Thanks I'll check them out. How do you like your Megan coils?

I've got about 4k miles on them thus far and really like the ride. I've adjusted them a couple times and have them at the "10" setting, about a third up the firmness scale and find that about perfect for a DD. The adjustment scale is a pretty wide range, I had them set just a couple clicks from the softest setting and it was a bouncy floaty feeling, then went up to about 20 and it was really tight, and w/ my 20s just too firm for a comfortable daily ride (but would be great for some hot laps). Really has nice control but not jarring at all at the 10 setting compared to springs. I've heard complaints about them being noisy but haven't noticed those issues.

Awesome. Thanks for the review. I've always liked the looks of the Megans and haven't heard much trouble from them. And the price is good.
