^ Btw, i'm sure you're aware, but just wanted to put it out there. Forged doesn't always mean lightweight. Many times manufacturers use the forging process to produce more complex designs without having to weigh down the wheel.

OTOH, some manufacturers use a process called M.A.T. (Enkei's trademark process) to produce semi-complex designs while keeping weight at a reasonable level. Or, in the case of Advanti, do a good mix of light weight + simple designs without compromising wheel integrity.

All good info, Diego. Thank you.

I've filed this away with my car documentation for future reference.

Honestly for a sedan, i would go with a set of vossen CV3 19" not 20", i have however contemplated a set of Enkei RPF1 in gunmetal but not sure how that would look on a G sedan in 18", ALSO BBS LM rims in 19".

Thats my taste

Someone should go 19 inch CV3s on the G Sedan. This is not a G but 19s look pretty good imho.

MACS just put RPF1's on his Sedan. Here's the thread: https://www.myg37.com/forums/g37-sed...installed.html

Having just dropped $3K on braces for my kid's teeth, it's going to be a few years before I can find the wiggle room for similar coin on wheels & tires.

I know, I know... worlds smallest violin.

Yeah, just not sure I'm feeling the RPF-01s. I'd be interested to see them in gunmetal though. I like BBS LM's as well, but they're not my favorite.

Yeah, not feeling them. I love the weight though. 13lbs per corner is substantial.

Yeah, those look pretty nice on the MB. Not sure if they'll look as good on the G. The MB has sharper lines that really work with the CV3s. The G has a more fluid style. What's the color combo on that wheel gunmetal with flat black inside?

Edit: Nevermind, I saw the color when I clicked on the pics.

Don't you mean RP03? That special brilliant paint is pretty nice.

Actually I was looking at the rsm9 or pf01 series. Just not sure I want to go black on black. I wish PFO1s came in gunmetal.

I like all the suggestions, keep em coming!

Those are great wheels, too! If opting for 19s, they'd be perfect. Originally, i looked at getting the PF01, but at 18s, with the lip, it looked like 17s on the car.

The RP03s also has a nice concavity to them, which was a bonus.
