I was putting my spacers on today and couldn't because of whatever this is..

it screws right off bro. It is to help take the brakes off. Just put them in your glove box

I tried but she wasn't budging..I'll give it another shot..now that I know it defiantly comes off

They screw right off and from what I understand they are there to prevent you from putting the wider ream rims (S type) in the front.
