Help : What Offset

Looking at getting 19x9.5 in the front. Offsets are +0, +12, +22, +22, +30

and 19x11 in the rear. Offsets are +0, +15, +25, +30.

its for a 08 G37S

Any of those will work. It really depends how much modification you are willing to do and the stance you want to achieve.

/\ Exactly depends on what you are wanting. Track, Daily driving, slammed or just lowered. All of these have a major impact on what offset you are gonna go with and the lower the offset the more work required to make the wheels fit and look right

Will any offset clear the brake?

That actually depends on the wheel itself. Some wheels are able to clear the sport brakes with anywhere from a +40 to a 0. But there are wheels (like the Varrstoen's) that do not clear the brakes even with a +22. Then you get into 2-3 piece wheels that are normally designed with different lips and blah blah. Short story, the wheel itself factors in, not only offset.
