size of spare tire and where to purchase?
I have an 2008 G37 Coupe Journey S package with the 19 inch wheels.

Car was used and is missing the spare, any ideas on the specs of the wheel and where I can get one?

local scrap yard, ebay, craigslist, possibly classifieds here....or just leave it out for weight savings idk...

I found some on ebay but what are the specs of the spare to fit over the 19 inch wheels?

Per the user manual, the spare tire for a coupe with 19" wheels is:

T145/70R18

No clue where you can get the actual wheel, the OEM one is actually nice with a black gloss finish...
