I found some sweet wheels that I want but they are for a bolt pattern of 120. Are there any adapters/spacers that could work in this situation?

 

In my opinion, don't. Just find wheels that actually fit your car and fall in love with them. Bolt pattern adapters and spacers only introduce things into the equation that cars are not designed for that can potentially cause headaches.

But yes they do exist.
