What tires are ya'll running on your OEM 18s??

I originally went with the A/S plus because I was looking for a sporty tire that was quiet and comfortable since I do a lot of HWY driving at the Eibach and Coupe 19s setup was draining on me.
So i put those tires on, and it like, turned the car into a marsh mellow. I wanted comfier and quieter but not like a wobbly wandering thing that squeeled in corners like a pissed off pig.
I think what Im realizing is that summer tires probably wont be too bad if i get some that are rated nearly at the top and its in an 18" wheel size with a beefier side wall. That will retain the nice compromise between a compliant ride that still feels sporty. Nam' sayin?

Quite a bit comfier and quieter than the Ventus V12 prior. The sidewalls are soft, but noticeably better than the V12. Ultimate grip is significantly higher than the V12s*. It performs excellently even in puddles.
It's a little odd, high speed sweeps will see the tread biting down. Quick maneuvers will be a bit soft initially but then the grip takes over and keeps holding. Keep going and a short while later it'll start being audible while still keeping traction. I haven't been able to break it loose yet.
Can't say much for traction when gunning from a stop though, i don't usually drive like that.
However, i'll say this, i haven't been able to get TCS lights on when spiritedly taking off while raining. The V12 didn't like that.

Just wondering what tires you are all running on your stock 18s?? And does anyone have pics of what they look like?
I had Pilot Sport A/S Plus and they sucked so much that im returning them and getting some Super Sport Michelins. I hear a lot of people have them on their 19s, but nobody has them on their 18s yet.

Since I only have about 3,500 miles on it....still have the RE050's. Not too bad to me...just a bit noisy on concrete roads, and heavy...
Check out this link - C&D liked the Michelin PSS. I will be going in this direction when a replacement is due...or sooner...

I can add to this as well- I'm running PSS on OEM coupe wheels in OEM fitment and I've noticed no "squishy" sidewalls or delayed response. I have notice much more maximum grip, a little more road noise, and a hair less bump compliance (more likely attributable to the 19" upsize).
I'll buy them again when the time comes.

Couldn't agree anymore. Also had sway bars installed with new PSS's on 225/50, 245/45. Less road noise, and a much smoother ride. it's a little shocking how well the car drives now.
