Yes you can. Check with the Dunlop pro shop near mall of emirates or with Bridgestone jebel Ali. You get a free iPod with 4 Bridgestone tyres.
If you want even cheaper head to BMW road Sharjah and visit any of those tyre shops. Though be very careful and i personally don't trust those guys one bit.
