Final offset calculations?

Hey guys, i need quick help as the shop just received my wheel faces. I need to use a 15mm spacer in the front to clear the akebonos so can any of you gurus tell me if my calculations are good.

Front
20 x 9.5 +30 (2.5" lip) with a 15mm spacer it and makes it +15 with 245-35-20

Rear
20 x 10.5 +24 (3.5" lip) with 275-30-20
or
20 x 10.5 +16/18 with 4" lip. They can do this by making the wheels 20 x 10.5 +12 and then shaving the back 4 to 6 mm.

Im low right now but i will be changing to coil overs and want to raise my car a little bit, and pretty much be low enough to remove wheel gap and thats it.

9.5 +15 youll prob want/ need to stretch for clearance. You might as well get the rear to the lower offset as well and stretch the front and rear tires. If thats the look you want to go for

how much of a stretch do you think? I wouldnt like going below 235 for the front or 265 for the rear. Well i can go down to a 9" wheel in the front and run 225. Im in Queens and as you may know there are too many pot holes around NYC.
