Varrstoen 1.1.2 and bbk?

Not a popular member but just wanted to see if you guys could help me with this question.
Will the Varrstoen 1.1.2 clear the G37s brake kit or any bbk?

11 width with +25 offset if super crazy for the sedan unless your doing some crazy fender pull, or stupid crazy stretch. I suggest you think that over first. However a +22 with the BBK wont fit you need a 10mm spacer which obviously equals +12, and with a 225/35 tire it should fit with some good lowering and negative camber.

I do have a IS250 but i'm getting these for someone they are like pre-ordered but didn't think about the brake until after. I'm trying to modify the order before they ship it.

The specs on this one 19x9.5+12 and 19x10.5+22 so I guess if I ran this same setup I wouldn’t have any problems? Just fender roll i guess....
