Help tire people!

I am trying to do some calculation to determine some performance conclusions. I bought my vossen cv3s and just put these cheap federal tires that the shop had on the in the temporary until I buy better performance tires. I'm trying to find out how much these tires weigh and I can't find the info anywhere..

Brand: Federal 595EVO
Sizes:
255-35-20 front
285-30-20 rear

I know the CV3s are a half pound heavier than stock per wheel...I'm hoping these tires are just really heavy because my car feels like a slug since I put on the CV3s...

I'm looking to upgrade to the Continental DWS tires...With this setup I should loose 2lbs of unsprung weight compared to stock.

Help please!

You're getting what you paid for, but it seems like you realize that. Michelin PSS in those sizes are 26 and 27 lbs. respectively. But of course it's not all about tire weight. I'll take a slightly heavier high performance tire over a lighter crappy tire any day.

Yea seriously...i knew they were cheap but the rim place practically gave them to me for free when i bought my vossens so i just figured to use them for a half a year until I could buy some better ones. I'm thinking about going w/ the Continentals ExtremeDWS.
