Bridgestone Potenza RE760 Sport

Anybody have any comments on the RE760 Sport? Still in search of tires for my 19 inch rims for my TL.....i've narrowed my search down to three. The RE760, the Hankook V12, and the all mighty Conti DWS.

The RE760 i can get for $910 for all 4 corners, (after mail in rebate of $50) mounted and Roadforce balanced....so not bad which is why i'm considering.

i have them on my rear, little over 150miles of use. i can tell they are performance tire and has better grip than nt555 or falken. cant speak for contindws but i dont recommend using summer performance tire as all year along if you get weather hiccups in your area.

i also run the re760 and i have nothing but awsome experiences with them. very predictable tire and great grip. treadlife is what you would expect out of a summer perf tire.

I have them on my car, good ride/handling balance, however the rear ones are totally gone after 20k miles.

I might try the generals all weather on stock 19's staggered. They are owned by Conti.

The 760 has been a great tire for some time now. I have many happy customers on them as well as many co-workers who use them daily. I have no problem recommending them. DWS would work well as an all season option, but not near the sport handling of the 760.

I just got my 760's from the Tire Rack. I had them installed yesterday and even though they are not broken in yet so far I'm very happy with my purchase.

Originally I was planning to buy the Super Sports but since I'm not working right now I decided to save some money. Also to be honest for my every day driving style the Super Sports would of been waste money. Since I will probably never push the 760's to their limits.

I now have over 600 miles on these tires. So far I have no complains. I'm taking the same curves at the same speeds I used to take on my REO 50A's. For my driving style and needs these tires are perfect.

update on these tires......awsome tire. I have about 1200km on them. They handle great, better than my stock Michelin Pilot MXM4. The only complaint i have, is that the tire pressure fluctuates alot. For example, i had my car in the garage so and i drove about a 100km on the highway for about an hour, and can feel the difference by the time i got to my destination. Checked the pressure and it was up about 4 psi. But hope when the weather stables up this problem will go away.
