Tire Size setup

i have a pair of stock 19's and i was wondering if i can use this setup
245/40/19 front
275 30/19 rear
i know that the stock sizes has a 5 difference in sidewall ratio(middle #'s)but the above setup has a difference of 10

One issue you'll have is that your speedometer will read over 4% faster than you're actually driving. It may screw a little with your computer's calculations of fuel economy, etc.
