Cool Anyone Track their car with 20 inch wheels?

Hello,

I just trying to see if anyone here has 20inch wheels and has tracked there car with 20inch wheels.

I am just trying to see how much impact going from 19inch wheels to 20inch wheels will have on performance and handling.

Thank you

Drag strip or road course?

There are quality forged wheels that are lighter in 20" size than the OEM 19" wheels. I don't remember many details of the times I tracked it with the OEM wheels because I have had 20" wheels on it for a long time. For me, no noticeable drop off in performance. If you buy a set of very popular but very heavy cast 20" wheels, yes performance will suffer.

YMMV.

^^ LOL at the heavy popular wheel reference. OP it depends on the wheels/weight. If you gave us some more information maybe we could help you out more.

the reason to go with 19 is because you get to run taller tires. 40f/35r

There's more than one, no need to single any one out where there are a lot of them.

Taller tire sidewalls help ride comfort but don't help track performance. Quite the opposite.

I don't mind going with light 20inch wheel. My setup is going to be Eibach Pro plus system. That's Shocks and springs and sway bars with SPC F/R camber.

I like the look of the CV3 but they are from what I hear 27lbs, I was looking at the SSR and Rays wheels. I was looking at SSR type F it's like 18.5lbs wheels. I am also looking at the G25 Rays wheels.

I will be running 275.30.20R 245.35.20F
