Hey I have a 6MT coupe all stock except for K&N filters and window tints...

Need help cause i don't know about tires. I want to switch the stock with the ones listed below:

Pirelli PZero Performance All Season

Rear Size : 275/40R19
Front Size : 245/45R19

Good idea or not?
What are the positive and negative effects?
And anything else you can think of...

I know absolutely nothing. I just want to feel glued to the road and want to be able to increase grip around bends...

Just to add. The car is leased and goes back 10/2013 which is why it's stock. Stock rims. Did not lower. Maybe that will reduce any confusion...
