Sell Work Gnosis rims or Keep???

Ok well I had these rims on my 2006 g35x sedan before and now I currently drive a 2008 g37s so I was thinking of selling my work Gnosis gs4's or maybe getting bigger rims for the back only..Help me decide

Specs: 19x9 +38 all around w/ staggered lip
Tires : 245/40/19 all around

I was thinking maybe getting bigger rims for the back something like 19x10 +20 and putting the 19x9 +38 with a 10mm-15mm spacer on the front because the front ones wont clear the brakes.

Here are pics with just the rears on cant get the fronts to go on. These pics are obviously of the bigger lip rims.

Appreciate the advice.....Thanks!

I think you should lower your car and get spacers....

I personally am not a big fan of all black wheels especially in flat black. It cheapens the overall look of the car imo unless pulled off with a right theme on a really aggressive looking car. However, you car looks pretty stock to me.

I say get some coils and new wheels that fit better. I personally like gunmetal or just brushed aluminum finish wheels on a graphite colored car.

If you prefer keeping those, pls drop it and throw on some 20mm spacers for a better look.

I personally hate spacers being used, I have seen too many horror stories with them breaking and causing accidents. It might be worthwhile to get a wheel that clears the BBK without the use of spacers.

This is the first time I look at the GS4 and don't like them. You should sell and just get another set or refinish these so they are not all black.

I say sell them and get a set with the correct offset and dimensions to avoid spacers if possible. Ill support you if you buy new black wheels.

If you go all black, keep some contrast at least. i.e. glossy black lips and satin black centers with chrome rivets. Not all black wheels are bad. Just doesn't look that great on a stock car.

I plan on going a grey on black theme... Darker tint, autokits cf rear diffuser, black grillle and black headlight housing. So I think the black rims will flow well, thinking maybe some TE37's.

Sell them and get TE37 or some 20s with nice offset and lower your car

IMO all black rims just look very "Civic" like. I dunno. i have only seen one or two cars that have solid black rims that looked good, and they had different textures (see above poster's recommendations on gloss mixed with flat, etc..) and even then, I believe they had chrome lips.

But if your going to stick with solid blacks, may as well get ones that are made to fit right.

MW.
