About to buy new tires and wheels... need confirmation!
I want to buy these wheels and tires. Can someone confirm that they will match on my 2011 G37 Journey Sedan? Also, do I need to buy new TPMS sensors or will the OEM sensors work?

I see you have your G37 sedan selected when you found those items. If Tirerack says they will fit, they will. I've noticed that tirerack is pretty conservative on what they say fits. There are things that tirerack doesn't say fits, that will fit. I haven't run across anything that they say fits that doesn't. I wouldn't hesitate to buy them, if you like them.

Itchy, I had tire rack take back a set of wheels on their dime because they wouldn't fit an application they were confident of fitment. Doesn't happen often, but does happen (esp with new models).
As for tpms, yes you can recycle them into the new wheels. If you plan on getting snow wheels/tires, then it's up to you. The car will run just fine without them, but you'll get an annoying orange tpms icon in your gauge display.

I don't want to be a debbie-downer if you will, but are you sure about these wheels? All season tires?
I know everyone doesn't wanna spend a ton of $ on wheels, but you may do better finding a nice set of upgraded stock wheels over these for about the same $ from someone selling a set.

Thanks for the info, everyone. I didn't know wheels could break that easily. I am trying to find black wheels. Any recommendations on good quality ones? Here are a couple more I was considering:

^If you're hell bent on getting wheels, and want something that's gonna look good with good build quality, be prepared to pony up some $. For example, my car below, nearly $3k wheels/tires. Vossen CV1 20" with Hankook Ventus tires and TPMS.

You gotta pay to play for anything that looks good and with excellent build quality. I've had these nearly two years and they still look awesome.
So what's your budget? Anything below $2k and I'll tell you to keep your stockers and be happy. Otherwise, you're going to choose either an ugly wheel, cheap wheel, or both, and you'll be back here later to buy more. So I'm effectively saving you some $. I know everyone isn't made of money, and trust me I'm not either, but I knew what I was getting into when I wanted a nice set of wheels and I ponied up accordingly.
I'm happy with the result instead of buying some BS wheels.
EDIT:
Oh yeah, spend some time in the section below. That's the media share sedan forum with tons of pix and ideas for you. Wheels are a big purchase, so don't make any knee jerk buying decisions that you'll regret.

Ok, so I did a little more research. I want to get 18" wheels and tires. I want to get these wheels...

...but TireRack says it does not accept TPMS sensors. Is there any way to get around this? Is it okay to install them without the sensors?
I am planning to put these wheels on these tires. I'm assuming these will match?
Bridgestone Potenza RE970AS Pole Position
And another question... do I have to do anything to my vehicle to get these installed? I am currently using 17" tires. Thanks for all the help, guys!

Unfortunately that wheel cannot take a tire pressure sensor do to the barrel of the wheel vs. shape of the sensor. You can run w/out them but the low pressure light will stay on. Tires you chose will work great and are good performers. Nothing else needed to install that pack. It's a direct bolt up application.
