Tire size help.

I got a set of the coupe 19" wheels to replace my 17" wheels on my journey sedan. The wheels came with 245/40 front and 275/35 rear. The front are nice and flush but the rear stick out a little beyond the fender.

I was thinking of taking the 245's from the front and putting them on the rear and buying 225/45 for the front. Maybe I should just run 245's all around?

What do you guys think.

You're not running spacers, are you? I thought that the coupe rear wheels usually sit pretty flush, and the fronts tend to set in just a bit. Maybe that was just after lowering the car. Do you have plans to drop it?

No, No spacers, really can't drop do to driveway. The fronts do set in ever so slightly. The front looks good.

If you are happy with the look of the front, I'd just leave them there. 245s on the back is how I'd go.

Yeap, I would go with 245 on the back as well. Looks really nice though!

I think the front rims is 8.5, the rears are 9.0. So I don't know if it will be a problem if you take the fronts and put them on the back?? Can anyone fill in?

Can you post a picture of the entire car from the side. I'd like to see how it looks without a drop
