I need some opinions [Wheel related]
I just picked up an 08 g37s coupe and I'm looking for a new set of wheels to put on the car. I've been really looking for 19's or 20's but there is such a huge variety in 18" sizes.
What are your opinions on unning 18x10 +0 / 18x11 -5 on our coupes?

18's will look way too small IMO. The only reason I could see someone doing it would be to save weight but those wheels don't look like they fit that mold so.......I wouldn't do it.
P.S. There's no way in hell those sizes would fit anyway.

LOL @ those offsets.
Welcome to the forums OP. The best looking 18" I've ever seen for the G37 is the stock one because it's designed around the car. Aftermarket 18" wheels look like trash for the most part.
Go with a 19 or 20 with much less aggressive offsets.

I've seen a Volk G2 in 18'' and it looked ok. You have be lowered properly on coilovers to pull it off. It's a meaty tire, and very much a track oriented look. I would go with 19s if you don't want 20s.

I don't see too many G37S guys putting 18's on, but I think they look ok depending on the drop, wheel and tire size. Are you building your car up for track?
Those wheels specs and offsets are crazy. thats like SUPER MEGA POKE

Those are nice wheels and IMO 18s would look nice if your slammed with a ton on neg camber and stretched tires. BUT those are really crazy offsets which would not work unless your on airbags. Just noticed you said 11 rear -5, even on bags that won't work lol

The reason why I ask is because I had an opportunity to purchase a set with those specs. Though 18's seemed rather small to me as well I was thinking with the right amount of camber and drop it would come out looking good.
Though as some have mentioned the quality of the ride and convenience would be greatly compromised.
How do you fellas feel about 19x9.5" +22 - 19x10.5" +22 ?
