Help me with offset

Hi all
Please help

I'm getting good offer for forgestar f14 with below details
20"x 9" +33 front
20"x 10.5" +22 rear

Any possibility of fitting on my sedan with oem susspention ??
Or anything to do to fit it. (stretching and lowering ebach pro)

The front should sit nicely flush but the rear is too aggressive for a sedan.

^^Agree. Even with Eibach the rear with a 10.5" wheel is super agressive. If you went slammed on coils and ran a streched tire you have a better shot but there would be some work to do.
