Spacers on factory 18 inch wheels

Hello. 2008 G37 Coupe journey, non-sport, not lowered. Will the spacers with the built in studs fit without any problems to the factory 18 inch wheels? Looking at 15mm for the front and 15 mm or 20 mm for the rear. Would anybody have any pictures? I googled but couldn't find any pictures of a non-lowered car. Thanks

From: Framingham Ma,
I would get 20MM and stay away from Eichiba's( Two Piece). I have them now SHAKE like crazy. Just got my HR's( One piece) yesterday. Will be changing them out on Friday.
