see I have noticed that, my friend has some spacers that look terrible because they stick out past the rim, and the quality of the spacer itself is kind of crap. want to avoid that look

Depends what tire size you run. I have sport 19's with 245/40 front and 275/35 rear. I run 20mm H&R Trak+ DRS spacers in the front and 15mm in the rear. My wheels as a whole sit pretty flush to the fenders and in my opinion, look the best that way.

I've done a lot of research on the forum regarding this topic and I'm going with 15mm all around. From various photos, 15mm seems to get the wheels "close" to the fender with out being completely flush. As an "older" owner, I prefer a more conservative look with my Tanabe drop, plus it will leave space to install slightly wider tires on the stock sport wheels.

I picked up some 15mm spacers from forum members and am waiting for them to arrive. I'll post pictures once the spacers are received and installed.

I'm very interested how 15mm and 20mm looks with these tire setups and all.
I have 19's sport wheels and want to keep'em, there lighter than most after market sets

No rubbing with that setup? I currently have the Pro kit with same sized Hankook V12s and I'm a little scared about the rubbing...
