19 Tires

hey guys, i know this question has been asked many times but i did search and couldn't find the information that i needed.

i bought a set of 19' OEM rims for my journey Sedan but now i need help deciding with the tires.

i want to get the most comfort out of it as possible and less road noise. i know that going from stock 17 to 19 gonna suffer the ride a little bit but im ok with it as long as it doesn't go off the roof with the noise and bumpiness.

the question is, what tire brand is good for the comfort and road noise that is also going to be a nice offset because i'm planning on lowering the car around summer.

so far i looked at few on tirerack.com but nothing that caught my eyes so i decided to get an idea from current owners.

thanks in advance

I'm not sure if they have any that will fit 19" rims, but I've been extremely pleased with my Michelin Primacy MXM4's.

They have a good comfort rating, warranty, and have provided me less slipping when cornering in rain than the stock Goodyear RS-A's.

The reduction in road noise was immediately evident, though I realize this car is no Lexus. I do plan on Dynamatting my wheel wells sometime in the future.

There are also MXV4's you might try checking out.

the best thing about it being asked many times, is that it's been answered many times.

the wheels+tires section is probably a good place to start looking. the search function sucks like nothing else so just browse through that area
