...miscalculated the curb a few weeks ago because of the snow (live in the NE)...today when i cleaned my car noticed that the left front rims (the regular 19's on the sport coupe) had scratches on them.

What are the options for taking care of this, or at least temporarilly 'covering up' the scratches...

There are tons of businesses now that specialize in fixing this stuff. Some even come out to you and fix it in their truck. Prices usually run ~100 / wheel.
