quick offset ? on a sedan with eibachs PLEASE HELP

For all you guys with more info than me on this subject!

Looking to put some wheels on my 11 G37S sedan with eibach pro kit springs. The wheels are 20x8.5 and 20x10 with 245/35 and 275/30 tires.

The offset thats offered on the wheels are +35 on front on +40 on the rear.

Will this work without any issues IE (rubbing, bad tire wear, etc). and will it look OK?

Thanks for your help

Those offsets on a lowered sedan will be pretty weak. It will tuck in a good bit in both front and rear. Bolt pattern is 5x114.3, by the way.

With those wheels you can run up to about a 15mm spacer in the rear and about a 20mm spacer up front to be flush
