Dumping the Dunlops

I have a 09 G37xS sedan with those rather puny 7.5 in wheels and the less then impressive Dunlop Sport Max tires. I have a chance to get a set of the 09 G37S cpe. wheels but the set is all front wheels that are 8.5in. wide which is fine with me. Buying these wheels gives me a chance to put more and better rubber on the car. Can anyone tell me if 245x40-19 tires would fit on my car at all 4 corners without any problems? I've checked out the size on one of the tire calculaters and that size is just about the same diameter so I would hope it won't mess up the AWD or speedometer at all. My car is not lowered and I have no plans to do so at this time although I would consider using spacers to help the cars stance a bit. Can I assume spacers would not create any problems with the car? I couldn't find the answer for this by searching so sorry if my question has been asked many times before.

The 245/40-19 is a pretty common fitment and will work fine. The wheels will be staggered, but the 245's will fit both front/rear wheels.

Thanks for the help Neal. As I only buy my tires from Tire Rack, when I get these wheels you can be sure TR will be supplying the rubber for them. Again thank you.
