2 pc rim not holding air.

can anyone tell me how to correct the following.
2 pc forged rim is leaking air in the seam between the lip & face of the rim.
air was just rushing out from where a section of the fasteners are,no visible damage to wheel or tire.

gonna bring to rim repair, just don't want to get ripped off.
thanks for the input.

Do you have TPMS sensors on it? The rubber seal around the TPMS might be leaking, i had that happen on one of my wheels

Do the fastners that hold the center of the wheel to the rim section passs thru into the inside of the wheel? If so, you would simply have to breal the tire down off the rim and reseal the fasteners. I would do all the fasteners on the wheel while it is apart, if one is leaking chances are there are more that are on the verge of leaking. I went through this on a custom wheel on an R8 which had a carbon fiber outer rim with a forged center, the fasteners tend to leak and need resealing from time to time.

Can you call the original wheel manufacture and see if they'll make you a new custom ordered barrel? Or is the company of then wheels no longer in business...
