Tire Rotation

I forgot to mark which summer tires came off the front/back when I put my winter tires on. Which tires usually wear more with AWD, the fronts or the rears? Only 10,000 km (6,000 miles) at change over, so spring would be a good time to rotate positions.
Thanks

All tires still have lots of tread, but 2 are slightly more worn.

If you have any doubts measure the tread depth and make sure the ones with closest tread are on the same axle.

I'm thinking that because the car is mostly RWD, the back tires would wear more than the fronts, so for proper rotation these back tires (slightly more wear), should now go on the front.
I know FWD front tires wear quicker than rear tires, but not sure if RWD (my car) rear tires wear quicker than fronts.
