Ordered rims from tirerack

I ordered rims from tirerack for winters on my 2010 g37xs. Msw type 14. 17 * 7.5 . Just got them and I noticed it read 5* 112 inside the rim , which I think mean the bolt pattern. Whereas the bolt pattern for my car is 114. I checked with tirerack, provided them with the product number of the rim and it match 114. Not sure what's going in. Any idea guys!

If they are in fact a 5x112 wheel....then that is not the correct wheel. 2mm is not much difference, giving you some room to slip the wheel over the studs depending on the size of the bore hole on the wheel. But it is the improper bolt pattern and will put added stress on your studs which can lead to then snapping off from the hub. Contact Tirerack immediately and do not drive with these wheels.

Some wheels are stamped differently at times. I've had two sets of Rays wheels that showed 5x100 but were certainly not the case.

The wheel is marked 5-112 for load, it says 5-112 – 675kg, the same mold/casting makes both the 5-112 and 5-114 fitments. Sorry for any confusion

Hi Neal , It actually says 5 X 112 . I cant see how that has anything to do with the Load. That definately seems to be the bolt pattern. People at tire rack have said that they are pretty sure that i got the right ones. Well that isnt very convincing .

If they were a 5-112 pattern you wouldn't be able to bolt them up. Fact that they are on the means it's a 5-114 pattern. If you want to pm me an order number I'll check, but you've have issues with brake clearance and pattern if the wrong wheel was sent.
