Hey guys - what are your first thoughts on the new wheels? Like or dislike?

 

Undecided. I really like the look at the G35 from the pictures, but I wasn't that impressed with the look on the G37. The CV1s took a while for me to like them, so I'm sure the CV2s will be similar.

 

I like them, but I don't love them. The CV1 is just a sexy wheel design that's hard to beat. The CV1 matte black on a Black G37 is just plain sexy. I know because I have that combo

So for me, I won't be selling my CV1's for CV2's. CV1 FTW!

OT...I'd like to see Vossen color match the CV1 with laser red. That would be all kinds of awesome.

 

CV1 Def well suited for the G, However when I was rolling around town w CV2 it does have a sportier look and I just can't wait to get my Hands on Them
W Matt Black Finish and 20/25 offsets . Gonna be sick I just know it . I love them both and honestly I'm still undecided but I have to try CV2 for peace of mind lol.

 

i completely agree. the cv1 just has a really streamlined look and matches the car well without being gaudy at all. i just think the cv2's have too much going on but its hard to tell from the limited pics we have so far

 

Limited pics???? I take it you have not seen the Vossen gallery today !!!!!! Lol chck out my G37 and many others on CV2 pics are released,

 

yea i only saw one 37 and a 35 did a miss something?

I def like the CV-1s better ..... the CV-2s look great but idk what all the hype was about ... props to Vossen for marketing them really well

 

There's a white G37 with black machined CV2s too, idk where the pics are at though.

 

The Black G37 looks pretty awesome hehe...

 

Yeah they are ok. Note quite worthy of 3 months of hype and teasers IMO. Definitely look better on the G35 than the G37.

 

Let me^^^ just mount the Matt Blk Next weekend and I will post pic w some serious offsets. Let's see what they can do on a G37.

 

with all this hype and anticipation, i don't think the cv2's met my expectations. i still think cv1's look better than cv2's, but still not a bad looking set of wheels.
