19x9.5 with 20 offset...fit 37X ?

I really like these wheels - especially with the concave-ness goin on, but the set has a crazy offset = +20 on a 19x9.5 rim... Anyone running this? I'm stock suspension on a 2010 37X sedan and don't plan on dropping. Will it poke out?
THANKS - guys!

that really stinks. These are one of the wheels I've been looking at for my xS. Would they stick out too far, or would they not clear inside? I'm still having trouble figuring out these offsets (as everyone else, it seems. ).

I thought I had a 45 stock offset, so would 20 bring the rim of the wheel out 25mm?

Thanks! I may have to start a new thread instead of threadjacking this one...but noticed there were a million offset threads around. hehe (sorry to open an old one).

so, when I shop for wheels on tire rack, it matches me to wheels with a 45mm offset, but maybe that's because I'm looking at 19x8 but my stock is 18x7.5? so maybe that means my stock is about a 40mm offset (or slightly less)?

so, with a 9x8.5, maybe, I would be at about a 35mm to have the outer edge where it is today? boy, i'm confused. hehe
