Opinion on BENT Wheels?!

Pretty plain and simple, if you're in the market for wheels and find a set that's nice but some rims are bent, would you go ahead and buy them and get them repaired? Or you don't trust repairing rims after they are bent? Please give me some thoughts so I know what I'm getting myself into, (btw, they're Volks)

If the price of the bent wheels makes it worth while for you to pick them up to repair them and still able to save some $$$, I say go for it. Just make sure to take it to a reputable shop and not some random place to ensure quality work on the repair.

Btw Volks FTW!

If you have a shop that you can be certain will fix it 100% perfect, go for it. Make sure you pay an appropriately lower price than you would for wheels in good shape. Factor in repair costs, your time, and the diminished value of the wheels.

There's a shop here in Houston that does amazing work and can restore it to perfect condition, if you're considering shipping them off for repair let me know and I'll get you their contact info.

Too many other options available to consider it. Unless the seller is offering a buy one and get three free deal....i'd rather not spend the money fixing the rim and then the headaches of it being a PITA to get balanced.
