Wheel color choices - Blue Slate G37S sedan

Good lord there are so many solid wheel choices out there....and my first decisions need to be around color options. Full hypersilver/hypersilver polished lip, colored with machined faces, matte black/bronze/gunmetal w/ and w/out polished lip, gloss black/polished lip, gold w/ polished lip, black chrome, etc..., etc...

What are your opinions on the better choices for a Blue Slate sedan? From there I will narrow down the mfg choice.

^^thanks....just not sure if I wanna go dark with the wheels since the Blue Slate is already pretty dark. Kinda leaning toward anthracite, bronze, titanium, or silver. I think it'd look good to stay with something brighter that can play off the metallic paint.

Bring the feedback gang.....and post up some wheel pics if you've got some hot suggestions.

if I were to go with something black, I think these would look nice...
19x8 frt, 19x9.5 rr are the target sizes.

Lorenzo WL27's

But there are sooooo many wheel options, and a lot catches my eye as looking pretty sharp. The trick as you all know is...what will look best on the whip given the budget. That being said, I can drop around $1000-1500 on the metal and another $1000 on the tires....

These are just a few that I've been lookin at....and they are available in various finishes.

TSW - Zolder in bronze

TSW - Snetterton hypersilver

TSW - Willow bronze

oh and, my Eibach PK will be on by the end of the weekend, so yes, it's going down a bit to get rid of the nasty 4x4 look. Then the frt/rr sway bar package & upper frt strut bar comes next.....

I voted formula silver. But gunmetal would be good too.

a nice set of silver looks clean on just about anything....I'm leaning that direction but keep getting distracted. When I was running a GTi back in the day, I went through a black machined face set of Momo's and a silver set of Speedline's Stars. I loved the Speedline's but fomr what I found they just didn't keep up with the industry..bummer. Don't like the super intricate/blingy stuff or wacky designs with a bunch of chrome...going for the clean pure sport look. Something kinda mean. I run my car hard...the way it was intended. I definitely like a nice track mesh/7-15 spoke wheel...but there are waay too many options just in those two categories alone. Ugggh.

BTW-Simi eh? I'm a Westlake native.....

Here's my color combo. I've been contemplating changing my setup for a while but I'm not sure what to change to.

Did I read correctly that those SSR's are like $750/ea? Geezus. The TSW's are like $280/ea & are still very clean. Save $500/wheel....no brainer if I go with those...

They do kinda look alike....spokes are a bit thicker on the SSR's

TSW Willow

Formula silver face with polished lip.

It's limited edition Volk RE-30s. I believe they're no longer in production. Even if you find a new set, they'll likely go for more than $3800.
