I've never lived in a state with so much rain (Oregon), I've lived in CA my whole live.. I currently have Nitto Invo's on my car, and after 2 days of driving I see they are going to be useless... Can someone please recomend me a great tire for all weathers driving (primarly Oregon rain) that come in 285/30/20 and 245/35/20 Thank you for all of the help!

 

Probably your best bet there would be the Conti DWS or Mich Sport AS+. Two really good tires to go with.
