Anyone know if I can put Yokohama Avid EnVigor's all season tires in the front and Continental DWS all season's in the rear? The reason why I am asking is because the Continental DWS all season tires do not come in the factory g37 front tire size of (225/45/19), but only has 225/40/19. I don't want to cause the speedometer to be off due to the lower profile.
Doesn't seem like there are any drawbacks in doing this since I would still be keeping the factory setup but I would like some input before I make my purchase.
as long as you actually get the right sizes there should't be any inaccuracies. You just have to do some homework and make sure to get the right AR/size

I want the continental DWS tires so I plan to use 225/40/19 in the front and 245/40/19 in the back. So the front profile will be off by 5. Not sure if its worth throwing off the speedometer though. Would it affect anything else (ABS, LSD, etc)?

I'd say pick a different tire if that ones not available in the correct size. Try hankook, falken, toyo... I'd rather keep the factory profile or go a bit wider.
Really do not recommend it. The DWS is an asym design and the Yoko directional which do not play nice together. Good article off our site here Mixing Tires
I am pretty sure 225/40 and 245/40 will be fine on our cars and cause no issues. I mean the g35 coupe with the 19's ran those exact tire sizes as OEM tires
