I agree, but most people who is doing mods here will not agree with you. Personally I would do it but I might be trading this car in year or so, so no point. Dealer will not care much about "monster truck" look

Quick comparison:
Stock G37S

Stock Mazdaspeed6

Stock RX8 R3

Both the Speed6 and R3 look higher than the G. Sure the G looks so much better with a drop, but even stock is far from a "monster truck".

To be fair that pic is too dark and the front wheel angle hides the gap. I would think at a minimum, you need to do at least front springs and I guarantee you would not feel a difference in ride quality... ( eibach or tanabe )

exactly. I laugh every time I see 'monster truck'. I like being able to get in and out of driveways without dragging my bottom off LOL.

19s or 20s on stock suspension-181.jpg

Stock ride height with 20x8.5 front and 20x10 rear. Doesnt look like a monster truck to me. And no, it wont be lowered. Too many potholes where I am.

Haha you guys wanna see a monster truck. I use to drive an srt-4. stock srt-4 is a monster truck. I went with the eibach sportlines and it was like 2in drop in the rear and 1.5 in the front and still didn't completely close the gap. I learned my lesson im taking my time and doing it right this time. Saving for V3.
