Tire Help Please

I have an '08 G37S with 14.000 miles and was told on my last service I need new tires. Which is suprising since I don't drive crazy or do burnouts but they are definitly worn pretty low. The car is a lease and I only have a year left so I don't want to buy a new set. I have a set of Nittos off my wife's BMW with only about 5000 miles on if that. THey are NT555 235/35 ZR19 91W and 265/30 ZR19 93 W. Would there tires fit on a G? If so I could save a ton of money by simply having them mount my OEM rims on the Nittos. Anyone that would know if this is possible I would apprecaite it.

Yes they would, but they have thinner sidewalls and won't look right on the car. Plus, when your lease is up I'm pretty sure they'll require you to have the same size tires and a fair amount of tread left. So the best solution is just getting new oem size tires.

Way shorter than what should be on there which may mess with the computer and carries a lot less weight. Best to stay oem sizes.
