Got a response from Jav rep of Vossen. He recommends going with 38+F 42+R to have a perfect fit. Tires he said 245/35/20 285/30/20. I think that's my best bet what you guys think?

told you so =).

i think you'll be happy with those sizes considering your goals.

did they mention anything about exact dates for release? still trying to decide on these cv1 or the 086. trying my best to hold off on the trigger. can't wait to see how the new front wheel looks like.

Yea danchoi you was right. I didn't ask about the release but I read in another thread that they were already release in Japan, so that saying I think we should be getting them within 2 weeks or so. Last question 285 should be ok without any fender lining trimming? Or rubbing?

guessing you have h&r. from what i read, h&r is pretty aggressive drop and drops you lower than 1.5" as advertised. so you may have to still worry about rubbing.

all i know is that on eibach which is 1.2f/0.9r" drop, majority of ppl don't have rubbing issues with a 285 tire given that offset/size.

best way to tell is try to find other ppl with that similar setup and see what sizes they are running.

Yea I'll ask around but if I have to trim the linning a bit I'm fine with it. I just asked Jav about the release he said about to weeks. So just wait to see for pictures than decide with what wheels you want to go with.

That's pretty conservative for a coupe. You could do 30F 35R with no problem on those tires.

vossen doesn't do custom offsets and won't have +30/35 for the cv1. the next lowest is +20/25.
