Rim scratch how to fix.

Hello guys, just got my car back from dealership this morning for oil change, and found that big scratch on my rim. I dont know if dealership scratched them from lifting rack but i didnt recall i hit the curb recently. From the look of scratch i bet dealership did it. Anyway, how do i fix it, is there any touchpaint available that i could just fix it myself?

you are better off going to a wheel shop and getting it fixed. Should be around 80-100 bucks.

Car is 3 months old, there are 0 scratch on other three wheels ive been very carefully with this car. SHould i filed complaint with infiniti consumer affairs? Thanks for the help!

If it was me, I'd talk to the service manager and see if they will fix the problem first. Don't just go over their heads without giving them a chance to fix it. You should have looked over your car first before leaving, then there would be no questions where it happened. After anyone services or works on my car, I don't even get in my car without a thorough inspection afterwards. I've learned by experience.

If you left the dealer already, they probably will deny that they caused the damage. Then they'll ask if you paid extra for their lame wheel protection package, and shrug if you didn't.

The good news is that there are lots of mobile repair guys that will sand that down and refinish that spot good as new. I used one, and he didn't even need to take the wheel off the car. After he was done, it looked flawless.

Google "wheel repair" in your area, and you'll likely find a few near you. Ask for references.

Wooowww, infiniti of manhasset replaced the entire rim for free. Service manager Vincent was nice and straight forward as well as service rep Paul. I thought they just gonna paint the wheel on such small scratch, but they surprised me with their service.
