Are you lowered? What are the wheels widths?

I'd go with something around a +30 on a 8.5" front, and +40 on a 9.5" rear. If you are lowered and running more negative camber, you can go with slightly lower offsets.

There are a lot of other factors that will affect the "flushness" of the wheels like tire sizes, camber, and wheel width....

I would check out www.G35driver.com for some examples. This post will give you a database of all kind of fitments, and in most cases links to pictures. Link: http://g35driver.com/forums/v36-brak...ims-tires.html

I personally run a +36 / 8.5" front and +37 / 9.5" rear, and I am dropped on Eibach springs with around -1.8 degrees of camber in the front, and -1.6 in the rear. My rears are flush, but I would like to have something like a +25 in the front. For an even look on the sedan, the front needs a 10mm lower offset (assuming there is a 1" difference in wheel width like the 8.5" front / 9.5" rear).

Here's mine:

I'm planning to put tein s-tech. And I'm thinking 8.5 in fronts and 10.5 in rear.

You can always do some research yourself. Go on G35Driver.com.... they have far more information about this.
