Help Spare Tire?

Spare Tire?
I blew my spare tire and in need of a replacement... I called tirerack and they don't carry T145/70r/18... does anyone know where i can get one?

yeah i'm curious as to how you blew the spare.... i've gone 70 on it when i didn't know until i RTFM... lol
