My intention here is to get wheels that are unique and not something that everyone has. At the same time, I want it to look HOT as hell on my black coupe so I figured I'd see what you guys thought? So that being said, which would you choose...1 or 2 or 3?

 

If you decide to go with red you need more red accents on the car. Not necessarily but it will make it more attractive. What bout red and chrome and get some color on the calipers. Red wheels are hot.

 

I'm with you on that one...I'm gonna be painting my calipers red and also painting my projector shroud blood red as well. I think those accents will compliment it well overall hopefully

i voted red as you could have guessed. honestly, i wouldnt bother with the calipers - they wont stand out behind the wheels. if you're going the red route, i would add a little more to the car but not overdo it. my ideas would be full black projector housings but with red shrouds. for the grill - id do all black except for the very top and bottom blades. you want just enough to tie it in without going overboard.

 

Yeah I was thinking that too...red calipers behind red spokes won't stand out at all. If anything it'll take away from the spokes standing out. I'm def gonna go with black housings with red projector shrouds. And coincidentally enough, I was thinking the exact same with the front grill...leave the top & bottom blade chrome and doing black middle grill. And I'm gonna leave the emblem chrome as well. I've seen some red emblems that look like crap IMO

 

ya thats why i said all black on the grill including the emblem. since you're getting rid of the chrome, go all the way like i did. do the top and bottom black red for that extra accent.

 

First one looks amazing, espically if you do a big brake kit with red calipers

hm...not sure im feeling the stepped lip. i still love the red t1-s though. you need a ps pic with the top/bottom blades red and the emblem black too.

 

haha...you're not giving up on the top & bottom blade being red, huh? You actually have me curious now. I wonder if it would look good. Might be tough to Photoshop though.

 

ya i love doing car themes/designs. i really want to see what it looks like. the easy way out would be going all black but since your car is already black, might as well break it up a little. like i said - just enough to pop but not ricey.
