Falken fk452 vs nitto nt555
Time to buy tires. i was going to buy bridgestone RE050A pole position for the G but i replaced my S tires with these first and WOW they cost me close to 1000 dollars considering it is 17inch. but my S deserves a good tires.
now it is time for the G. and i am leaning towards these two tires
they are not expensive tires, but somewhat good performance and tread life.
i think the nittos are a little more expensive
this is my first time interval for tire exchange on my G and i only used the bridgestone RE050A pole position for last 5 years for my S.
no experience on these two brands of tires
i read reviews on both tires and i think the FK452 has soft side wall and nitto is loud on freeway.
anyone with experience with these two tires or anyone whom are familiar, please give me some inputs!
thanks in advance

i have the fk452s. the sidewall is not soft on them. i'd say they're fairly stiff.
from all the reviews i've read, the nt555s are just short of crap.
i'm getting some Vredesteins next, but also look into the yokohama s.drives. both the V's and yokos will perform better and be quieter than the nt555s and fk452s.
edit: and they're both cheaper to boot.

If I would have to choose between the two I would go with the Falkens, but after alot of research I've found that the yoko S-Drives are a better tire in that price range. I'm picking up a set for myself next week.

^um my toyos used to last me about 15k miles on the rear and 30k+ on the front with aggressive driving on my g35. i wanted to try something different with the g37 so i picked up the nitto invos. depending how long they last, i want to try the yokohama s.drives next.
