Anyone ever heard of Infiniti/Nissan denying warranty for plus zero tire sizes?

Just wondering if anyone has ever heard if Infiniti or Nissan might deny warranty for suspension parts, brakes, etc. by going to Plus Zero (245/40 front, 275/35 rear) sizing?

Personally, I can't imagine this resulting in additional stresses sufficient to cause problems which the suspension, brakes, etc. can not handle. But, Infiniti has been known to deny warranty coverage for the smallest thing. I would prefer to go with the Plus Zero sizes, but not if I am gonna get grief from Infiniti.

unless they can prove your tire sizes CAUSED the problem under question, you have nothing to worry about. google the magnusson moss warranty act for more info.

heavier rims can cause strain on parts but never wider tires I've heard. Don't quote me on that though
