Are these just a bolt on for the older G35?? how much do they weigh??

 

i believe they are different offset and will not sit right without spacers. as for the weight, i have no idea.

As for weight, I believe they come out to roughly 26 pounds (sans tires) each. A little more for the rears and a little less for the fronts. But don't quote me on this. It was something I had figured out from another thread and did some simple math (subtracted the weight of the tires with the help of TireRack)
