Going to smaller wheel size ?

I plan on buying the Sport model to get the better brakes, but I'm not fond of the 19" wheels. Can I just swap them out for 18" wheels sized for the non-Sport models? Or are there some size, offset, rubbing, etc kind of issues I should be concerned about?

But what about other wheels? I was hoping to go with either the iForged deal or Momo but in 18" instead of the 19". Thanks for the reply.
