Dunlop Winter Sport M3 To Replace 19in Stockers
Dunlop Winter Sport M3 To Replace 19in Stockers
Ok i have read many threads on people changing their tires and WHEELS for a winter setup(most used Blizzaks) .. Would it be possible to just put ALL 4 245/40/19
The only reason i chose the SP Dunlop Winter Sport M3 is because on tirerack its the only winter wheel that comes in the size of our stock (sport) Rims
I really don't want to have to buy tires and WHEELS if i can just get tires.
here is a link to the tires
http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires....inter+Sport+M3
Or even a 225/45 W/ Blizzak LM25
But this would be a .5in strech on the rear wheel. Better for snow since its thinner though.
Does this sound resonable or am i missing something?

i just skimmed what you wrote, but if you are talking about pulling/stretching tires to fit onto wheels i dont know we have done it at my dealership a couple times and it can look terrible up close - maybe i am talking about something totally different but i would say go with the ones that fit and drive carefully cause the stock wheels are nice unless they dont fit your style then maybe go with totally dif wheels/tires
I just went on the Tirerack website and there's no Dunlop M3 in 245/40/19 size (or any tire in 19" size, for that matter). Not sure where you will be able to find it (let alone replacement tires). There's no 19" tire for the Dunlop Wintersport 3D tire (ie the replacement to the very popular M3 line).
Good luck on your search.
PS Maybe you were looking at the 18" size by accident?
