from what i hear and seen is that 20's on TE37's just dont look right at all... they look odd... they honestly do... just odd... spokes are too fat...

even on a Z, an aggressive set-up always look awesome... but not on the 20's...

plus the price tag is insane as well... it an extra $1000+ per wheel in comparison to 19's... just not worth it... IMO... cant go wrong with 19's on TE37's... 19's, they look insane in person...

not quite... the TE37 SL only come up to 19's and TE37 TT only come in 19's actually... completely different face and look from the TE37's that come in 20's...

another thing.... the TE37's that come in 20's are only offered at 20x8.5 + 43 and 20x9.5 + 25/45... specs arent that attractive considering the price tag...

better to stick with 19's since they offer more attractive specs...

Thanks! but actually its MW not IP

TE37's are designed as lightweight function wheels so 20's wouldn't make sense to me anyway but that's just me.

haha.. my bad on the mix up...

+1 on the lightweight function... exactly the conversation i had about going with function over form on wheels before i began pursuing and researching the TE37's... going lightweight and going 20's doesnt make much sense (aggreeing with huwee06) ... believe me, I thought plenty about going with 19's or 20's...

I even went back and forth on the ever famous Vossen CV1's wheel... i even have shots of the CV1's next to my car because i was interested... like i mentioned on my "TE37 Tokyo Time Attack TT Thread," that going 19's with TE37's over 20's on the CV1's, i was shaving a total of almost 800 lbs of unsprung weight off with the Volks set up... thats 8 pounds short of 200lbs of unsprung weight per axle... the calculation is on that thread...https://www.myg37.com/forums/wheels-...tack-tt-2.html ...not hating or attacking by any means, since i know you had that set, but it comes down to different strokes for different folks...

here are pics... i thought and played with 20's just as much... but were simply to heavy for my taste...

that is not me with the hairy arms btw... hehe

my set up was based on the fact that they are lightweight wheels and wanted to shave off a good chunk of unsprung weight... which is why i went with 19's and not 20's... simple, the TE37's in 19's satisfies my needs...
